Belt Test Prep
We believe in celebrating progress—and belt testing is a big milestone! To help your child feel confident, energized, and ready to shine, here's everything you need to know for test day:

Hydration starts the day before! Encourage lots of water and watery snacks (hello, watermelon and cucumbers!) to keep them feeling strong and focused.
Protein-packed snacks are great for stable energy. Think cheese sticks, peanut butter, or a quick sandwich before class.
Make sure they eat something before testing. Empty stomachs = low energy, and we want them at their best!

Be on time! Showing up early helps your child settle in and shake off those test-day jitters.
